My marketing journey started when I fell in love with FC Barcelona - a club with a historic rivalry with Real Madrid.

The first thing I experienced as a young fan was people trying to convince me that Madrid is better. I got genuinely invested in the "why" of their thinking. Why do we even support or like something? Why do we have different preferences?

Another factor was my desire to be popular. Since the age of 15 I was creating countless social media profiles - posting news, memes, facts and whatever got into my mind. At some point I opened a channel about Barça. My initial goal was 1,000 subs, though I didn't have any budget. The fanaticism was already so deep that it kept me disciplined: I was grinding days and nights, inviting people from other chats one by one. And I did it!

Now that I had a channel, I started selling and buying advertising. Bit by bit I got into the marketing routine, because I needed to stand out from other channels and compete for attention. That's where I realized how fun it is to choose positioning angles, experiment with messaging, understand what makes people click and see how small changes in communication completely change the way people think of something.

Everything since - 10+ paying clients, 20+ campaigns, pitches and my own ventures - has been that same experiment at a bigger scale.

Method

I don't guess. I use a framework older than I am.

When the problem is awareness, I map the audience to Schwartz's stages. It's one diagnosis among several - first I decide whether the problem is even an awareness problem.

01Unaware

Make the problem visible and worth caring about.

02Problem-aware

Name the pain better than they can, and show a way out.

03Solution-aware

Show why your kind of solution wins, not yet the product.

04Product-aware

Bring proof and specifics; remove the last doubts.

05Most aware

Clear offer, a reason to act now, zero friction.
